The Business Mastery program is designed to focus on three key areas to provide a solid foundation for both individual and business growth.  Three key areas our training is focused on during your business membership. ( 12 month commitment required)

  1. Personal Development – Personal development is a necessity for small business owners.  As a small business owner or independent sales professional you’re the Chief, Cook & Bottle Washer and your income is directly tied to your results.  In today’s economy, you and your business need to stand out from your competitors.  The Business Mastery program will revitalize you and teach you to tap into your inner personal power, for drive, perseverance, winning-attitude, renewed energy and focus, and empowering leadership skills. 
  2. Business Development  - Business development is the art of bringing in new business and keeping it.  It’s not just sales or marketing.  It’s the right mix of sales, marketing, customer service and referrals that bring in new business.   If you don’t have customers or clients you don’t have a profitable business. 
  3. Management/Operations – Operation is the day-to-day grind.   The day-to-day activities and responsibilities are most likely the reason you didn’t go into business sooner:  administrative functions, finances, hiring/firing, team building, conflict management, systems, etc.   To be a successful and effective business owner it’s important to know how you’ll manage the day-to-day responsibilities involved with your business.  Small Business Mastery program will teach you how to implement a sound system in which to grow, build, and maintain a successful business.

In this course, we’ll meet once a month with other business owners in a small group setting which provides the opportunity to learn and share business ideas and experiences with other like-minded business professionals.

Here’s what you can expect:
Monthly, you’ll arrive at 7:45 am for the workshop and round table discussion.  The training will begin promptly at 8:00 am and end at 12:00 pm.  After training, we’ll take a short break and then proceed with lunch and a round table discussion where we’ll debrief, share business ideas and experiences with other participants.  As a participant, you’ll have the opportunity to share your business concerns with others to seek ideas, advice and support.  This group becomes your trusted board of advisors for your small business.
